Our Policy

I think you will love every one of our homemade products. We also understand that some things happen outside of our control. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and body products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order # and a photo of the issue.

• Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
• Changes in color, scent or texture that naturally occur with handmade products
