📦 Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS mail within three business days.
📧 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and, if applicable, your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
⏱️ Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
📍 Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

Save on Shipping! Complimentary local pickup is available at the Sutter Creek Post Office, located at 3 Gopher Flat Rd, Sutter Creek, CA 95685. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout, and we will contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time and date.
